| RIVA Pro-Series Power Cooler Kit is installed replacing original intercooler system. Power cooler is dramatically more efficient than original intercooler system delivering an increase of 20 peak horsepower with exit temperatures averaging 60 F cooler than stock. Features large, unrestricted core that exhibits minimal pressure loss compared to stock intercooler and integrated blow-off valve mount that will accept recommended RIVA/HKS Blow-Off Valve (sold separately). Blow-Off Valve relieves unwanted pressure during off-throttle operation reducing supercharger clutch wear and eliminating heat soak in discharge tube. |
| RIVA Intake Manifold Upgrade Kit is installed. Precision tapered billet sleeve directly replaces restricitve mesh element in intake manifold enabling engine to produce more horsepower through increased air flow and boost pressure (+1lb). |
| RIVA Fuel Pressure Regulator Kit is installed. Kit provides increased fuel pressure necessary to compliment RIVA/Vi-PEC ECU. Set at an optimal static 65PSI for our Stage 3 Kit, the unit can be precisely adjusted to match the needs of your riding conditions. Kit can easily be converted to rising rate at a 1 to 1 ratio providing one additional pound of fuel pressure for every ound of boost gain. Plugs directly into original fuel system with OEM connectors and features a large 3/8" fuel return line that is routed through supplied rubber fuel tank cap. Includes integrated liquid-filled pressure gauge and billet Fuel Pressure Regulator Block-Off necessary for removal of stock fuel pressure regulator in fuel tank. |
RIVA/Vi-PEC Pro-Series ECU is installed. Our racing ECU is fully programmable to match the increased performance needs of modified engines. Base Maps are calibrated to provide the optimum fuel delivery, timing, and rev limit to compliment Stage 3 modifications. OEM dash display, engine diagnostic & engine safety functions are retained. Includes unput for optional Lambda Sensor Kit for data logging air/fuel ratios & tuning functions. Plugs into wiring harness via RIVA Power Connector and mounts directly in place of stock ECU.

| RIVA/Skat-Trak 160mm 'R'-series Swirl Impeller is a special performance impeller offered exclusively by RIVA and RIVA authorized dealers. Built by Skat-Trak, this impeller delivers the ultimate in performance for Stage 3 FZR models. Inner hub is machined allowing impeller to mount closer to vein housing for redued cavitation and more top speed. Oversized impeller blades are digitally calibrated to RIVA's uniform pitch specifications. Impellers are then dynamically spin-balanced at high RPM. A precision factory blue printing process is performed far exceeding any 'prop shop' services available. Includes Billet Impeller Cone for maximum performance and durability. |

The addition of our 1000CC injector kit and 3-Bar MAP Sensor provides the proper fuel delivery & engine managment to run increased RPM & boost levels. High Impedance Injectors supply the extra fuel necessary to safely run 8,500+ RPM, which produces increased boost pressure in excess of 14.7 PSI to ensure proper air/fuel mixture and data logging. Fuel Injector & MAP Sensor Kits are easily installed in place of OEM components.
